What we look at

Every Tune-Up starts with a survey of the network you already have.

• Where your router and access points sit, and what’s between them and you
• Interference from neighbors’ networks and crowded channels
• Settings and firmware on your router, mesh, or access points
• The links between mesh points, extenders, and wired runs
• What’s coming in from your internet provider
• Which devices are struggling, and why

How it works

One visit, three steps

   Request a visit

   Send a service request or call (503) 506-0586, and we’ll set up a time.

2. 2

   We survey and fix

   Your $399 covers travel and the first two hours on site. We survey the network and get to work on what we find. Labor after the first two hours is $125/hr.

3. 3

   You get it in writing

   Written recommendations: what we found and what’s worth doing next. If something needs new equipment, it’s in there.
