Called Velara for an urgent repair job on a long Ethernet cable run (interior and exterior). Izaac and Austin went above and beyond, showing up the same day and completing the whole job in 90 minutes. Impeccable service.

IZAAC is truly a Rock Star. He helped this electronics known-nothing get our TV/audio system up and operating...no small thing, as we've had others try and fail. Izaac was both totally competent and unfailingly patient.

I really appreciate the good and timely service I received. My system is working great. I'm a senior citizen and not too good at fixing these things, so thank you Austin for your good work.
